V-a-l-u-e-s…what does that word mean to you?

Before you ask “how” do I build a successful business, stop and ask yourself “why” am I building a business. Does your business (or organization) exist for any other purpose than to survive and be economically successful? Does your business exist to provide you with employment and a livelihood? I challenge you to go farther.

Here’s a list, just a sampling of “values words” gathered from many sources. It’s a starting point for you to identify or narrow down exactly what you consider your values to be. But the words themselves are empty unless you attach and define your interpretation of them and how you intend to bring these words to life. What do your values words represent to you and how will you live them?
