Non-Profit Organizations

Are you on a mission? Building a non-profit organization or social enterprise is challenging in these times of funding cutbacks and increased competition for the public’s heart, mind and support. At Directis, we give back to the community by working with non-profit organizations as a volunteer or by providing our services in budget-friendly ways. We believe that by making you stronger, we can help make the world a better place.

What can we do for you?

Our combination of business savvy and non-profit experience will help you raise your game in the competitive, challenging non-profit sector. We can help you:

  • Prepare a strategic plan that identifies your goals, identifies important things to measure and track, and sets out actions to address your top priorities over 6 months to 2 years.
  • Facilitate a board meeting or retreat to set or confirm mission & vision, determine scope of programs, and implement good board governance policies.
  • Plan an operating budget to keep your revenues and expenses under control, to avoid cash flow challenges (or at least see them coming with plenty of warning).
  • Engage your stakeholder groups in collaborative discussions to build partnerships, shape program priorities, and get the word out about your mission.
  • Connect you with resources in the community to get help with fundraising, volunteer management, social media campaign building, partnership development and more – drawing on our relationships with other professionals in the non-profit service sector.
